A UN54 bottom bracket is also what I put in my Koga Pro Am with the same New600 cranks a while ago. Just for convenience. I believe this set is the 1st that uses the same taper as modern BBs. Earlier Dura-Ace 1stgen/EX/AX were all slightly different.

Couple more pics of the donor parts.

Shimano 600 shifters. I think i may still go with the Exage ones to begin with as the hoods on these are a bit brittle and impact the lever action slightly. From what I have read there isn't any good fitting new substitutes though?

Donor rear derailleur. A bit scratched up, but seems to be in good working condition. Give that Shimano 600 seems to be printed on and not engraved, polishing this may not be an option.

On the hoods: I've run DA levers with non original hoods and the fit was fine. You could give these a try >> Mario's shop
