About 10 years ago I won a fisher Joshua X on eBay for £1, I stripped it back and had it powder coated and then over some months bought new "old style" bits and bobs and slowly built it up. But I never got round to finishing it.
From memory I needed to cut the seat post down, turn the front wheel round the right way, either put on a front mech or change it to a 1x7, put a longer rear mech cable curve in and then finally the big thing.... The forks need a service as they havent been touched for years and years.
Now this is where I need guidance. They are Judy XL triple clamp forks.... I wouldn't even know where to start with finding a kit or what to do. But I did just check eBay and a set are currently £160 with bids and have time left.... Crazy money.
