Garage sale for retrobike members only - is it allowed?

Morning all,
I need to rationalise and reduce my bikes, projects and parts soon (MTB and road).
I was thinking that with the longer warmer days I could have a garage sale for attendance by local retrobike members to come over and see if there is anything they want to buy.
Has this ever been done on here before? Mods/admin would this sort if thing be ok?

I have no concerns but I just wanted to check with the mods/admin that they were ok with it before I put too much effort into it.
For instance when I post details it might be considered a "sales" thread but I won't be listing items or giving prices. I will just be asking anyone who wants to come along on a specified day for a rummage and to make an offer on anything, gets in touch for further details/my address etc. In effect I will be hosting my own mini cyclejumble lol
