The bike in the picture surely isn't a size 19? Could you tell me please the length of the seat tube from centre of bb to top of seat tube, the length of the top tube along the tube from centre of seat tube to centre of head tube, and the length of the head tube.

Also some idea of the kit on it?

Looks like a 98 or 99, would that be about right?
