I answered on the other post.
In 1996-1999, Pascal Blanc, a french welder worked on elasticity of steel : how to draw and make a fram stiffy for riding but confortable enough for not using suspension.
and he created " Explosiv' ". All frame were hand made and filled brazed ith good quality cromo steel. HE made some trial bike too.
