Could it be on the whole we are a conservative country in that we don't like change, so anything new is up for derision ?
But our country is changing G4S, UNUM, ASOS, A4E, all government contractors doing jobs civil servants would have done in the past, is it about saving money or is it something else ? In something else, I am, referring to conflict of interests with those that rule, something that does not seem to be making as much noise these days when links are found out, oh yeah the media goes off on one, but that dies down to business as usual.
But if government contractors are the way forward as far as government are concerned, watch out for their appearance where you least expect it.
