G T Tequesta

Retro Newbie
Hi all, first post!!
I have a G T Tequesta, circa 92 that I have had from new and think it is about time she had some love! Am I wasting my time looking for original parts for her and if so what should I go for?
The left gear shifter has given up and all the parts are original. Advice would be very much appreciated, costs need to be kept down as I have just been made redundant so money is a bit tight at the moment. Thanks in advance! :D

Here she is, I think I was correct the first time about her being a '92!!!

Have a look what did to mine - there's a link in my signature below this text.

If yours is a 18" I'd buy it off you - been looking for one!!

Here's a pic of mine...

They ride really nicely, I loved mine but my 16" is too small so I need the bigger one.

have you had an accident lately?,as the forks seem pushed back a little more than they are suppose to be,could be the angle of the picture but they seem as though they had some front impact at some point in there life.

I did go over the handlebars quite a while ago but it didn't seem to affect the handling, maybe I hit my head harder than I thought!

Sorry, looks bent to me too, I'd check from ripples in the downtube near the headtube :(

Carl.
