It was on here a couple of days ago. If you look closely you will see that the seat tube, stays and a section of the top tube are a different colour paint. A seatpost has been stuck in it before and I suspect heat was used to remove it.

Still worth a pop though.

think i'll leave it now - i've had too many stuck seatpost nightmares to last me a bike buying lifetime.

Hi,

I'm the seller of the fuquay bike.

Just to confirm, yes, the old seat post was indeed stuck and I had to get heat on it to remove it.

hence the different coloured paint around that section.

but the new seat post is fine, not stuck.
