I think he's calling it a Scott because of the saddle on it.

Is it just me or is the PACE forks crown on backwards ? (not the legs as they are fine)

also that seems like the silliest rear mech cable routing I can think off, making inline with the suspension pivot would give a clean line with little flexing of the cable.

Yeah the crown is on back to front - the mount bolts should be to the rear

Thought it might be a DIY job...

I'm sure that I've seen that bike before, but I can't place it. I wouldn't know whether or not it's a Scott -- although both the saddle and stem are "Scott" branded.

I know that once upon a time, Trek made a "Y" frame carbon-fibre bike...
