the odd squirrel deciding to leg it across the road in front of you.
Here, you have to worry bout wild frigging boar! I was descending this
hill near me when a massive hairy beast came crashing out of the bushes,
sprinted across the road and disappeared down the hill.
Running into that would have made a mess of my front end.
Actually, considering their apparent suicidal tendencies, I've not seen any wild boar roadkill yet. Maybe the things are so bloody hard they just get up and walk away from most collisions.
