Retro Newbie
Have decided to part with my k2-proflex 4500 full suspension mountain bike, quick run down of specs:
Carbon fibre k2-proflex frame in size M;
Carbon fibre K2 noleen crosslink forks with smart shock;
Deore XT drivetrain (derailleurs, cassette & shifter pods);
FSA Alpha drive crankset;
8.75in 5th Element Air Cvt Gravity rear shock (6 months old);
Magura HS33 Evo II's hydraulic brakes (6 months old)
Carbon fibre Titec seatpost + Selle Italia Pro link saddle with carbon fibre rails;
ITM Millenium carbon fibre wrap stem + easton EC70 carbon fibre flat bar;
Titec 100 barends;
Mavic Crossride wheelset (v-brake only);
Couple of things to point out though:
1) the forks probably need to be serviced;
2) the aluminium mounting plate on the rear swignarm has been grinded down to accept the rear shock;
3) the aluminium cable guides riveted on the frame have been grinded down a bit to take bolt-on hydraulic cable guides;
4) i have threaded the non-drive side crank arm... so its a bit tricky to get off
Would like to sell the bike whole and would prefer if you collected but i'm prepared to post it... i live in Farnborough, Hampshire, UK.... if you want too make an offer or ask a question drop me an email!
