We currently have Focus estate for our rapid response cars and they do get hammered  They have been looking at the Scouts as the replacements.RichT":3t53gz91 said:P20":3t53gz91 said:Skoda 4x4 Octavia estate. 43-45 average. Those are nice!
'YAS' (Yorkshire Ambulance Service) have several Octavia 'Scouts' as Rapid Response Cars.
I see them everyday at the Hospital I work at.
All of the Paramedics are generally happy with them (but they do get driven hard!!!!)

My mate has one of those on an R plate. He just had to get the head gaskets done! :x :x But it is swift. I prefer to have a similar level of power but still get 50 to the gallon on normal driving Still, gotta love that supercharger whine!
