Got a question about the production year, thought I also share my answer here:
"Not sure about the year. Year 2000 I would guess. Yetifan site states frame was in production from 1999 to 2002. I read that the first twenty or so were build in house at yeti and their signaturelooped chainstay / seatstay thingy.
Obviously yeti and or their customers were not to amazed by the build quality. Not so strange since working with titanium is a little more challenging than dealing with alu or steel. The production was then outsourced to Sandvik who also did the nice tubing.
Since the serial is very early YTM19006, meaning
Yeti Titanium Mountain,Size 19", sixth bike in the batch.
It is likely that this frame was used in the factory racing team for a season. That's why I am thinking production
year 2000, pre official katalog appearance - was in the catalog only 2001 and 2002.
Link to short info on yetifan:

If you google "bikepedia yeti arc" you find the two official catalog models."

Please correct me if I am wrong, info about the Ti ARC is pretty scarce...
Cheers!
