The Centaur cranks and front derailleur are 9-speed?

I've been using them for 10 speed, but would work on 9.

Could I possibly have just the back wheel? or even better just the back hub? or both hubs? I dont really want the tubular rims. sorry a bit of a cheeky request.. thanks
