Steve Kish Senior Retro Guru Aug 16, 2010 #8 I do mine by inserting a steel socket in there and cutting around with a blade. Then I push the socket flush with the end and chamfer off with 600 grit paper. I prefer a slightly wider grip than normal, which looks like this:-
