Back in the early 90s I used to have these on a winter training/commuting bike. I haven't used them since around 96 and I think it's time they went as I am emigrating. They are in god nick except one of the P-clips is broken. These are only needed if your forks have no bosses, and are easily available. The size you need also depends on your forks. I have some slightly larger ones I can chuck in if needed.
