Got for sale a pair of RS SID Race suspension forks, 80mm travel.
They were on a bike i've just bought 2nd hand locally.
I think they were original spec (if you know what came on a stumpjumper pro circa 2004).
I only intend run rigid forks as a commute, so no good for me.
However, they are in fantastic condition - the previous owner swapped them early in their life for World Cups and only refitted to sell the bike.
They look as low mileage as he claims - unmarked stantions, no anodising missing.
Fork colour is red with only a slight blemish on the non-DS sticker/leg and cable rub on the crown. They have v-bosses and Disc mounts (unused). Hold air and very plush - seem as good as previous SID's i've owned from new.
Steerer length was 205mm but i'll double check this.
I have no real idea of their value these days, but looking for £60 posted before i try my luck on the bay.
Can get pics (still on bike) and will be on holiday from the 29th to the 10th august. Leave me a PM if interested.
