Pair of matching hope C2 (i believe) hope disk brakes with adjustable pad levers that are designed to fit front (normal suspensions forks) and rear non disk compatible frames via the special C2 extended caliper arm and v-brake brace.
This kit allows you to easily fit disk brakes to your frame and works especially well on vertical drop out fitting kona bikes. Solid braking, no damage or stress to your frames drop outs.
