Devout Dirtbag
A beautiful vintage Olmo for sale.
It was listed on eBay as NOS (cannot verify but it is in fantastic condition), and shipped from Italy - it arrived this morning, its been out of the box to get a measure of and then out for photos - has not been ridden. Bought for my GF but is, unfortunately, too big for her.
I'd estimate it as late 70s/ early 80s due to the components - if anyone knows better then please let me know.
Pick up in Kennington SE17, or can ship (would prefer not to though as its a faff). Looking for £400 but am open to offers.
I reckon it needs new tyres (the originals do still hold air) and a service - the FD needs adjusting to allow the chain to pass through easily.
Component list:
ITM Mon. Mondial 38cm Handlebars and 90mm stem with red padded tape.
Universal drilled brake levers and mod.125 side pull callipers.
Ofmega Headset.
Olmo/Falck Carbon Manganese tubing - serial number B818 - 52cm seat tube x 52cm top tube.
Ofmega Crankset with Miche pedals (pseudo Super Record).
Campagnolo 980(?) Front and Rear Derailleurs.
Campagnolo Nuovo Record braze on downtube shifters.
Campagnolo hubs with Nisi rims and Pirelli Competition Tubulars.
San Marco Cosaire suede with 26.8mm fluted seatpost. Unsure as to the make of the seatpost but there is a G and a T/Y engraved at the rear (shown in pictures - you'll need to zoom in).
