I take that back....I will swap....for a 19-20" mtb frame, ideally thin, light steel tubes, but might consider alu....my roadhack frame died and wants replacing......anything sitting around?

What vintage and colour is he? Any pics? A 19" 1998 Nitanium Rockhopper is what I had and wanted to use for a road runner (powdercoated gunmetal, see avatar pic), but he sadly died in a garage accident. One like him would be sweet!!!

sorry to get your hopes up, it is bog standard rockhopper, chromoly frame, mid 90s (i think 94) vintage, red with white decals. let me know if you still want pics.

Might still fancy a pic if poss......even just a phone pic as txt if you have opportunity. My girlfriend has a 96 chromoly Rockhopper in red with white writing and it's beautiful. Not exactly light mind, and hers is 17".......flexes nicely though. Long as I get light tyres it might still make for good fun....running my little 17" Nitanium as road runner at the mo, but on road it's just too small. And the tyres (Amber wall City Jets) are too damned heavy. Need some Rubino pro slicks......
