I know it's not truly retro but it does use canti's
The Lynskey blurb...
Competition-tuned 3AL/2.5V titanium
Oversized Helix downtube to stiffen up the bottom bracket
Ovalised and flattened top tube for easier shouldering
Top of toptube cable routing to keep mud out of cables
Enhanced bottom bracket height for additional clearance
S-bend chainstays and seatstays allow ample tyre, chainring, crankarm and heel clearance
Plate-style chainstay on drive side provides maximum chainring clearance
34.9mm clamp-on front dérailleur
31.6mm seatpost
68mm BSA (English thread) bottom bracket
1-1/8-inch head tube
Top tube c2c 50.5
B/B centre to top of coller 47cm
Vertual TT 52cm
Head tube 10cm
These are my measurements so aren't to be taken as gospel.
The frame fitted me really well with a 100mm stem i'm 5'8".
I remember Lynskey recommended it to fit riders 5'4"-5'7"
(I like a 17" in an old school Kona and a small in a modern TCR if that helps any?).
There are some marks on the decals and a little cable rub in places (should all be visible in the pictures below)
so that's all the info I can think of.
Any questions just ask.
And here's how I had it built for reference before I stripped it to sell on
