For Sale - my beautiful Colnago Master with Campagnolo C Record Groupset (Delta).
This bike was bought new by me from Wielersport in 1989. Details are:
Frame: Colnago Master, Rosso, 59.5 c-c, top-tube 58.5 c-c
Groupset: Campagnolo C Record including Delta brakes and Syncro 2 gear levers
Cranks: 175cm
Cinelli 66 (Merckx) bars and Cinelli 13cm stem
Rolls Saddle
7 speed block
Ambrosio Metamorphosis Servizio Corsa Rims
Continental Competition 240 tubulars
This bike is in exceptional condition, and has been looked after very carefully. It had light use for 3 summers after I bought it, but my circumstances and interests changed so it has been stored indoors ever since. There are a few small (1mm or so) paint chips and there's a little play in the rear wheel which needs tightened out. I doubt the glue holding the tubs on is to be trusted! It really is a dream bike.
I have a few stems/bars/cranks/Campag tools/saddles which are available too - and some Time pedals of that vintage.
I stay in Glasgow and would be happy to show it to you, and/or to send you many more pictures and answer any questions.
As far as transport is concerned, either I could rent a bike-box, or you may have one, and ship it; or I would drive say a day's round trip from Glasgow.
£750 or decent offer.
