Was wondering what inch rise the azonic bars are and if they've been cut down?

Azonic SW are just over 1.5" rise. Don't look cut down. Blue anodizing still on ends and no hacksaw marks.
Think the single wall are narrower than the double wall. My DW are 700mm+
