I bought this in the Summer on impulse. It was NOS as a 2011 model.

Alloy frame
Carbon forks

Seat tube
c 49 cm c to top of top tube
c 47.5 cm c to c
c 53.5 c to top of seat clamp collar

top tube
c 54 c to c

Sram Apex rear mech and shifters
Microshit front mech
FSA chanset BB30 BB
BB5r cable operated disc brakes

I estimate this has done less than 300 miles of on road and some gentle off roading (the off road usually with the kids round Wendover woods family rial and the local Sustrans route)

Some marks to the paintwork commensurate with use - on the frame (mainly from where it's been locked with a D -lock).

It' s as sold except for:
Wheels de-stickered.
ESI grips silicon bar tape (£30+) and under-bar gel pads fitted
no pedals currently fitted - could supply with pair of platform pedals or some spds.

It's a lovely bike, but ironically, riding it has made me realise how much I enjoy off road pottering (after a break of a few years) but I've realised I enjoy riding off road more with flat bars and fat(ter) tyres - so I've jut bought a Genesis Fortitude adventure on the cycle to work scheme, and I've got my 80s Muddy Fox for retro fun - so this just isn't getting used. I can't justify keeping it for on-road usage only.

I was thinking of £430.

I've got a set of SKS guards that fit it, and depending on price agreed i could include those...

Could possibly deliver (I'm near Thame in Oxfordshire and work in London).

happy to post/courier at cost of postage and parcel tape.

If I'm really off on price please PM me...

Can post /send more pics on request.

Re:

Hi I'm 5'7" and had the saddle set as per the below photo. It has plenty of room for a taller rider. I like the bars quite high relative to the saddle
hope this helps...

Re:

You are based at Thame is that correct? I am looking for a bike with discs for winter use rather than a CX bike but could add some different tyres etc to acheive this could you give me an idea of the weight? Also a bit of a long shot but you wouldnt be looking for a 2012 specialized secteur in part exchange as thats my current winter machine? I am the same height as you BTW.

Re:

Hi,

Yes I'm based in Thame.

I ran this with 28c conti 4 seasons for a couple of road rides and it rode beautifully (IMO). It kept the same character as with the knobblies but just felt more sprightly.

A review on bikemagic gives the weight as 10kg.

Sorry not looking for another bike currently...

I am trying to justify this bike to myself at present - but I will have a difficult job both getting to you and convincing my OH this side of Christmas to be honest. Is there any flexibility on the price? BTW I am the same person who enquired on YACF.
