FS: 92/93 GT OUTPOST MTB

1992/93 GT Outpost with fantastic "splatter" paint work.

Made of Tange cro-mo tubing with the GT logo stamped into the rear of the top tube and the now famous triple triangle designed frame.

This bike has had some upgrades including Shimano Exage crank, front canti brake and front and rear mech.

Rides very well indeed and is an affordable retro classic, the paint work itself is a work of art

GT's of this era are measured centre to centre, so this is probably more like a 20" frame and 22.5" centre to top...no doubt the seller will confirm this but hope it helps

thats where i get confused, because of non sloping top tube. so would it be suitable for someone 5'10"? sounds like it might be too big. i got 18" version of this (to seapost) and it'too small. I suspect i need the 20" version to seatpost. This may be too big ?

The frame measurment is from C to T (center to top), I will measure it C to C this morning.

I will measure the stand over height as well.

Ok the size of this frame is.

Seat tube C to T length is 22.1/2"-57.15cm

Seat tube C to C length is 20 1/4"-51.4cm

Top tube C to C length is 22 3/4"-57.7cm

Stand over height (floor to top of top tube) is 31"-78.7cm

The height of the handle bars (in there lowest position) from the top of the bars to the floor is 1 meter
