Crown race is definitely there, think the seal is but I'll double check tomorrow - shut the garage up for the night now!

Hello,
There are two plastic seals on the headset, one on the crown race, and one on the lower section of the upper cup. Are these the ones?

Yeah, i've even managed to send a front wheel fairly easily and a rear with some sneaky packing!
