I used to ride a 1990 olive green stumpy to work, but it was a tiny bit too small so i sold it. i should have had a vertebra removed instead.

I'm guessing it's possibly sold? Looks a nice bike and btw I'm 5'7 too and own a 17" & 18" lava dome and a 18" Hahanna and a 19" cindercone all retro, so 18" will be fine for you.
I was tempted, but fear I may be turfed out my own house if I buy another
