Single M5 allen bolt for fork and bars.
Reversible for road or MTB. Not sure of angles but gives a slight rise on a road bike of about 5 degrees one way up and maybe 20 degrees up the other.
Very neat and elegant if you have a 1" Ahead fork on a road bike. Will take 26mm and the other size (?). Is not for 'oversize' bars though.
