Front wheel woes.

I have finally got the bits to get my bike together, However, I have run into a snag. I have DMR pro wheels and Rebate forks. I have all the spacers included with the wheels yet, cannot for love nor money get the front wheel in between the drop outs, I have tried with all combos of spacer and it just wont happen. This is to run skewers. If any of you have had this problem, please let me know.

An axle conversion kit yeah?

Yes it comes with spacers etc, but it just isn't happening, maybe I need another set of forks

doesn't the black end cap replace the green cone thingie on the disc side?
