Front wheel bearings

Hi all after getting my bike from previously on here serviced I got it back and realise the front wheel is not spinning freely looked in side the hub and released its full of gray grease is that normal

No. Unless somebody has used molybdenum grease which is dark grey and too viscous for hub bearings.

If it's a pale grey colour then more likely it's cheap white lithium based grease which has become contaminated by a collapsed bearing or metal from damage bearing races or cones.

Either way something hasn't been done correctly.

I meen it spins just not freely enough

Will it be the bearing or is the wheel hub on to tight I don’t want to mess around with it before asking you you know what I meen and if I should send it back to get the right stuff put in there
