That's what I'm after, and a generous offer, thanks. I'll drop you a pm if I have no luck. Would an old handlebar cut in half work? Not had a chance to measure but have an old bar kicking about I was going to turn into a headset remover, so will have some spare metal.

With something like a handlebar, it's probably got a thinner wall than 0.058", you can't be sure.
PM and I'll send you a 2-part split shim. Karma...just stick something (monetary :shock: ) in a charity box when you're passing.
