Front mech shim 31.8 to 28.6

Does anyone have a shim for a front mech so I can use a 31.8 clamp on a 28.6 seat tube available please? Getting a bit stuck!

what front derailleur have you got ? (Shimano shims may differ by FD model)

Thanks for the help, unfortunately I've found a crack in the frame I was about to use today so the project's under a dramatic rethink! Grrr.....

Too true! It's much better for you than crack though!
