Front Hope Hub Question

I have one of these with no adaptors, I bought some new QR ones from CRC which fit the hub but are too wide. The fork legs need to be splayed (narf narf) for them to fit and the fork will then no longer compress.
They are 6 bolt disk compatable and have the number 06-05 8L on them if that helps. What do I have?

BULB. from 2005.

Sounds like you've tried to fit Pro series adaptors(Pro2/4) These obviously do not fit.
The correct axle is -

2nd axle down, the black one just below the damaged silver one.


*The top 2 are bulb, the top 1 being for angular bearings. 3rd down is for the earlier 5 bolt rotor fitting bulb, the the last one below that is 25mm for the Big Un.
