07.30; Notice that my favourite Koi (85cm Chagoi, FWIW) appears to be developing a swim bladder issue. Shite.

09.00 my input into a work meeting made me look a complete tool in front of (very) senior management due to a specialist giving me some incorrect information. Balls.

14.45; Phonecall from a very distressed mother - Dad's had a heart attack (thankfully he's conscious, but not good)
