I have a pair of u Lyotard 45CA pedals that I could do for £15 Inc. post. Right is smooth but the left is a bit stiff and needs a regrease.Both threads are good and both are rust free.

You might have some luck searching French ebay (ebay.fr instead of ebay.co.uk).

Unless the cranks are very special, I'd just get them retapped to 9/16" thread. I bought a set of taps (right and left) for less than 20 quid. Then you can use any pedals you like.
