FREDDIE GRUBB FRAME

Retro Newbie
I'm very reluctantly selling a Freddie Grubb frame that I have wanted to build for a while but due to having so many other bikes and no cash has been hanging in my garage for a couple of years now.

I know very little about it but think it may be a 70's Galibier... but could be wrong. The ID number on the BB is 21603. The paint job was done by Argos, but it has a a couple knicks and chips here and there. It has been built at some point as there are marks around the dropouts. Its vital statistics are:

Reynolds 531 tubing
Down tube is 56cm to top of BB. (60cm to bottom of BB)
120mm rear dropout spacing
100m spacing at front forks
68mm BB
It has a Shimano BB fitted (1.37" x 24t) and a Tange Levin headset.
The seat post is included but NOT the stem or bars in the pic.

I would like £85. I live in Bristol.

If you are seriously interested in a classic British piece of cycle history, then pm your email address and I'll send you some pics. (I tried to put one on this ad but it's my first post and I'm not allowed!)

Cheers,
Scott.
