Frame - Sunn OR Zaskar

Looking for a frame to be the basis of a new project: fancy either something by Sunn or a Zaskar. Must be medium / c.18", any condition considered.

i have a GT Avalanche .......the white with black 'stripes' steel one ..... decent condition .... incl flip flop stem ...... i have the leather seat with the studs and the seatpost but they aren't in ver good condition ...... the bottom bracket is still in there too ....feels ok ......
