Hi,

for a project currently forming in my head, I am looking for a frame(set) with following specs:

• 1" and longish HT (~15-20cm)
• tire clearance at least 38mm (700c)
• TT (c-c) 56.5 (+- 1)
• ST up to 58cm
• some Reynolds 531 would be nice - but it does not have to be particular light

Thanks. That looks good. Can you estimate the tire clearance? From other Royal pics I'd guess 38mm or more aren't possible?

With a 700 x 25 tyre, pumped up to 90psi there is 39mm clearance between tyre and the bottom of the fork crown, 30mm between the rear tyre and brake stirrup. Obviously different tyre sizes will alter those dimensions.

Hi, thanks for taking the time to meassure, but it appears that your meassurments a quite similiar to the frame I alreday have...

(Which probably is because the Royal was basically a Grand Prix with a different name if I am not mistaken and my Gazelle is a Grand Prix labeled as Gazelle)
