Yes it is still there but there's may be some cracks i haven't seen that before because i didn't think they might be in that area i checked more around the bottom bracket and the fork area .

So around the cable stop on the top tube there are some cracks i think it's more paint crack du to the flexion of the frame around those cable stop that crack into the carbonne because there's not too much stress around this area .

I think it's just the stop coming loose from the frame.
