Frame repair advice needed.

Can anyone here recommend a frame builder/refurb-er who could tackle this?

look on ceeway.com , they have a list of frame builders . find one in your area and show them .

Is it steel or aluminium alloy?

The triangular zection with the drop out look to be made from a thick plate, yoh investigate having something simikar maxe up but with provision of a replaceble hanger.

I like the idea of a new dropout with a replaceable mech hanger but I would also like to try and keep it (reasonably) original.

I did actually think it wasa steel Raleigh but thought I'd ask. There should be many more framebuilders who work with steel.
