Frame refinishing and where to get decals

A question for you knowledgeable people of Retro Bike! I'm posting this for a friend on another forum who wants to get a Pug frame resprayed and re-decaled...
I have one old Peugeot bicyle, a Reynolds 531 hand buttressed frame that I wish to "do up". I have not yet decided to convert it to a fixed gear bike, or keep it as a 10 speed, but what is certain is it needs some TLC.

I would like to: strip it with a angle grinder+wirebrush, get it powder coated, and then do it up in the livery of the old Peugeot professional cycling team. I have searched high and low for livery/sticker kits but can't find anything. Anyone able to suggest something or someone who could do it?
I've suggested Nitromores and wire brush rather than angle grinder, so it doesn't tear the metal up. Who is good for spraying and decals?

Surely if your mate is having it refinished then they would blast it so no need for nitromors. Have a search on here about recomendations...Argos get a good lrep but need a deeper wallet LOL

Doesn't LLoyd do decals ?

H Lloyds are spot on, the suff on ebay looks OK, however one seller swears he's not using my artwork when I know he is, in my view Id stay clear of them.

Thanks for the info so far :)

I think he was keen to do some of the prep work himself. Nitromores'ing a frame is a horrible job though, done a couple myself and I'd only do it again if I *really* had to :p
