Frame Polishing

Cilit Bang, AFAIK, would be useless for stripping anodising as it's a strong acid. Sodium Hydroxide (a mega strong alkali), AKA Drano, dissolves aluminium oxide which is what anodising is :) .
 
Sorry. Drano is an American brand name for drain clog remover. It wouldn't be useful in your situation. I used in on the cranks and brake arch. Apologies.

But, I'm sold on Nuvite polish! I use it with a 3 inch cloth buffing wheel and arbor that I got off ebay. I use the buffing wheel attached to a 90 degree 3/8 drill by Makita (brand name). I use two different wheels, 1 for the "C" grade compound, and another for the "A" grade finishing compound.

I learned my chops the hard way with the vintage travel trailer I rebuilt while in college, but that's a discussion for a different forum...
