I bought a frame off ebay and after a closer look I think it is a nice frame and I intend building it back up and find out how it rides.
I would love to know what it really is so does any one here recognise it ?
The lugs are nicely finished off and the chrome is in good condition. The distinctive part is how the rear stays are fillet brazed into the seat tube with a really neat seatpost clamp built in. The left side is threaded. Says 531
