A few other manufacturer uses the dropped top tub/offset to the seatstay

The single tube curved seatstay (normally two tubes) connecting the the wishbone is nice the dogz used that look ?

Orange Prestige style canti hanger on the stay.

Not the neatest welding.

Turn of the 90's and before style dropouts.

A seatclamp that is built into the frame BUT doesn't actually support the seatpost...

that could be a nuke proof frame
does it have a funky headtube size? if it is, you will have a harder time finding a headset to fit it if i recall correctly nuke proof had their own headset if it is one cool frame for sure
