Thanks. On MKM FB page the chaps are convinced its not an MKM and some of them are ex employees. Thwy do though agree its a quality frame

My Bill Grey built Dave Russel from 1973 has the seat stays attached in a similar way to yours. Bill built for several London area brands but I wouldn't say definitely it's one of his. Whatever, it's a very nice frame.
