Hi there
Hoping someone here will be able to help me correctly ID this frame so I can get it refurbished with the correct decals and components. It is badged as an Allin but I have it on good authority that it's not. Frame number is not consistent with Allin (too high and on bottom bracket shell rather than left rear dropout). It has Nervex Pro lugset and someone thinks the unusual dropouts were made by Clements. Frame number is consistent with early 60s Harry Quinn. There is no Q directly next to frame number but there is what looks like a Q or O on the bb shell.
