There are coned rubber versions, I took some of a bike I bought.
Can't find them on the interwebz now but I might still have them in a box (or 3)

I’ve ordered a couple online which seem to have good dimensions for what I’m working with, but won’t know until they get here.
If you happen upon yours I’d welcome seeing them

These are a ball ache to find. Came on many frames during the Bowden Cable - Hose transition. Anyhow, this is the type:

There is a shoulder on them which has a slight cut-away to clear the top-tube. Best to check the diameters all the same.

I saw that sort whilst looking for the stepped ferrules and noticed that those in your link have a 7mm outer diameter, which won’t fit in my frames cable guides.
Hopefully the ones I’ve ordered will fit
