There are loads! Have a look at the exhibitor lists on any of the last few years at bespoked.cc: Saffron, Feather, Beaumont, Quirk, Shand, August, Sturdy, and that's just off the top of my head... Curtis and Ted James are still building amazing mountain bikes, Lee Cooper is still building beautiful stuff wherever he is, and Ben at Kinetics in Glasgow is still doing the bonkers cargo / folding / recumbent stuff in more or less any material you can name.
