Frame bent by seat post QR clamp

[RH1953]

I have a question regarding a bicycle with an aluminum frame.
By mistake someone tightended the QR clamp from the seat tube without the seat post inserted.
There is no visible damage.
This is a very nice bicycle and I am wondering if this bicycle is dangerous to ride now?
(it's a city bike)

If you can insert the post and tighten it sufficiently then it's probably alright
