Sorted Frame (and Forks) - something small!

Son is going up to 26" wheels and I'll be buggered before I buy another Carerra. I feel like it's time for him to embrace the retro. Looking for some good old fashioned mid 90's steel to have some fun with. All considered (even Carerra). Mid budget. 15/16" c-c. I'm up in Scotland so posted would be grand. Cheers.
